I limit my practice to bankruptcy law, fraud litigation and related small business financial workouts and counseling.
In mid-2010 I find my firm focusing on
helping people get a fresh financial start after such life changing events as the failure of a business, a divorce, serious medical issues and job losses;
bankruptcy disputes and business fraud litigation;
small business reorganization and liquidation problems; and
giving sound advice to people under stress about money matters.
If you will study the materials in this site, I think you learn a good deal about what my firm has to offer you at this time.
