In mid-2010 I find my firm focusing on 

helping people get a fresh financial start after such life changing events as the failure of a business, a divorce, serious medical issues and job losses;

bankruptcy disputes and business fraud litigation;

small business reorganization and liquidation problems; and 

giving sound advice to people under stress about money matters.
